A Producer at Contact Studios will be the person that manages all the aspects of our video creation process. You’re the main point of contact of the company with our clients and the one who will take their ideas and lead a team into turning them into top quality video content that exceeds our clients’ expectations. You are a creative natural leader with a background in video production and post-production with the ability to plan, create, oversee, and execute unique projects across multiple multimedia platforms. As the company grows, you’ll have to support bringing in new team members and working with the current team members to help them develop and take on more responsibilities within the organization.
As the Producer, you will manage every aspect of our video production processes. From start to finish, you will be the person to oversee the planning, execution, and timely delivery of video content. From budgeting and scriptwriting to location and talent scouting and editing and reporting, you will ensure that everything is moving forward in a timely and efficient manner, always finding areas to improve and optimize the process. You will have consistent communication with every member of your team to ensure that what you produce matches the client’s expectations regarding quality and timely delivery. Simply put, you’ll be in charge of the consistent production and publishing of informative, engaging video content for our clients and our internal projects.
As a producer, you’re responsible for managing the production of top quality video content every month. These will be highly engaging, original, and timely videos that exceed our clients’ expectations. You will participate in client meetings to understand their expectations, lead weekly meetings with the video team, keep the video production calendar up to date, keep everyone on the team on schedule, and send the final videos to our clients. You will be responsible for our video team meeting their individual daily, weekly, and monthly goals of content production and report to the team weekly. You're responsibilities will include auditing, strategizing, implementing and managing systems for the organization of production and post-production projects. You will forecast costs, create and manage production and post-production budgets for client and internal projects to ensure the company maintains its standard profit margin. You will negotiate with contractors or vendors. You will hire necessary staff, contractors, or freelancers for the successful completion of content projects. You will manage staff, contractors, or freelancers assigning and monitoring tasks to ensure a smooth project. You will forecast timelines and ensure that production and post-production projects are delivered on time. You will communicate with clients and partners maintaining a positive professional relationship. You will maintain communication with key internal and external persons in the implementation and approval of content projects. You will troubleshoot issues with staff, contractors, or clients to ensure happy, healthy working environment and a successful project completion. You will play a key role in pitching projects to prospective clients and partners. You will manage the logistics of production and post-production projects. You'll create systems for the organization of internal and client-facing documents. You'll work with the Chief Content Officer to scale content initiatives. You will make strategic recommendations to improve workflows, and results from content.
