A content writer at Contact Studios will be the person that creates consistent high quality content on a full-time basis. You’ll be responsible for turning article outlines into high quality pieces of content that matches our client’s guidelines, exceeds their expectations, and is delivered following our editorial calendar. 

Objectives for Role

‍

As the content writer, you will create high-quality content that is aligned with the voice of our client. You are a resourceful and analytic writer that combines the technical and creative aspects of your craft. You will have consistent communication with other writers, our editors, content manager and SEO team to ensure that what you produce matches the team’s expectations regarding quality and timely delivery. We work with clients across several niches so you will need to have high research skills and be able to write about any topic.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

As a content writer, you’re responsible for writing 30,000 words of compelling, engaging, and completely original content every month following our editorial calendar. You will report to your editor, content manager, and the executive team on a weekly basis. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Native or fully bilingual English speaker.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to show proven written work in English.
• Team player able to work independently.
• Resourceful.
• Highly attentive to detail.
• High research skills.
• Able to write about any topic.
• Able to meet brand guidelines.
• Experience using Slack, Asana, Google Suite or similar softwares.

• SEO content writing experience.
• Affiliate marketing experience.
• Copywriting experience.
• Experience working on a fully remote organization.
• Experience with Wordpress and Shopify.
• A desire to grow within our company and take on more responsibilities.
