As our content manager, you are an expert in digital content operations. Your role is to manage the content pipeline for our clients to ensure that high quality content is being produced on schedule. You are the senior leader on the content team and will guide the editorial team to success. As the company grows, you’ll have to support bringing in new team members and working with the current team members to help them develop and take on more responsibilities within the organization. More than just a content operations expert, you will also be the bridge between the editorial team and the executive team.
Your goal is to ensure that editorial processes are moving smoothly, manage a team of senior writers and editors creating a supportive, collaborative working environment. You’ll be the one to optimize our content operations to ensure quality content being delivered on time and us exceeding our clients’ expectations. Simply put, you’ll be in charge of the consistent production and publishing of informative, engaging content for our clients and our internal projects.
As the content manager, you will assign articles and manage the content calendars for all written content at Contact Studios. You will participate in client meetings to understand their expectations, lead weekly meetings with the editorial team, keep the editorial calendar planned at least one month in advance, keep writers, editors, and SEOs on schedule and send the final pieces of content to our clients. You will be responsible for our editorial team meeting their individual daily, weekly, and monthly goals of content production and report to the team weekly.
